“This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location and transportation are very convenient, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. However, this stay came with an unpleasant experience. After midnight, a group of guests suddenly arrived and made a lot of noise in the hallway, which woke me up. It took about half an hour for things to quiet down, and I couldn’t fall back asleep until around 2 a.m. In addition, the air conditioner was extremely noisy once turned on—so loud that...
